Unfortunately there is only stairs access to the apartment, so Main Square View may not be suitable if you are unable to use stairs.

Smoking and vaping are NOT permitted at Main Square View

Unfortunately, parties and single sex parties for stag / hen weekends and similar events are NOT permitted, This will be strictly enforced.

Unfortunately pets are not permitted at Main Square View

Yes, a deposit of £150 will be required to cover potential losses or damaged at the property during your stay

We request that you provide your own bedding and towels for your stay at Main Square View (which should be taken when you leave). As a thank you for doing this, the rental rates for the property are a third cheaper than properties that provide these.

Payment will be requested at the time of booking, and is required in full in order to secure your booking.

Payment can only be made by BACS (bank transfer). Details will be provided when you contact us to book.

Payments for bookings are NOT refundable (so please consider taking out insurance cover to protect yourself). However, as long as reasonable notice is given, you may be able to change the date of your booking (at our discretion, and as long as the apartment is available for the dates you require). If the booking rate is higher for the new dates, you may be asked to pay an additional fee.
